BAR

  • Drinks at Bar Prices – Price list is on the bar

  • NO BYO.  Special alcohol requests to be discussed 2-weeks prior to event  

  • Cash and card facilities available

  • South Colac Bar person/s provided (RSA approved)

  • Rate 1 - $200 x one bar person < 60 people

  • Rate 2 - $400 x two bar person > 60 people

KITCHEN

  • Facilities include pie warmer, bain-marie, oven, fridge/freezer

  • Tea and coffee facilities available  

  • Plates and cutlery available

  • Hot water available

AUDIO / VISUAL

  • Audio system is behind the bar

  • iPhone can be used for playlist

  • Microphone

  • TV (Free to air / Laptop presentation)

Hire Costs 

Weekday (Mon - Fri)   8am - 5pm

  • $130 +GST per day - Non member

  • $110 +GST per day - SCSC Members

  • Includes use of kitchen facilities

Weekend Arvo (Sat - Sun)   12pm - 6pm

  • $130 +GST per day - Non member

  • $110 +GST per day - SCSC Members

  • Includes use of kitchen facilities

  • Includes use of bar

  • Rate 1 - $200 x one bar person < 60 people

Weekend Night (Sat - Sun)   6pm - 12:30am

  • $180 +GST per day - Non member

  • $150 +GST per day - SCSC Members

  • Includes use of kitchen facilities

  • Rate 1 - $200 x one bar person < 60 people

  • Rate 2 - $400 x two bar person > 60 people

  • Decorations permitted with prior approval  

  • No sticky tape etc on painted walls or ceiling

CLEAN-UP

  • Clean-up of social room/kitchen is required before mid-day the following day

  • Vacuum & mop rooms, wipe down tables, chairs and benches

  • Bins are provided the rooms.  Spare bags under the kitchen sink.  Empty the bins into the large skip-bin opposite the netball court (key for skip is one the bar)  

  • Strictly no empty containers or cigarette butts left outside

  • Alternatively, a clean-up fee of $250 can be paid
